DescriptionMedium thick glass. Pinprick bubbles.
Natural light bluish-green body; darker greenish-blue applied handles and decoration; flared rim; cylindrical neck; applied thread on underside of rim; another at bottom of neck; two handles extend from neck to shoulder; flattened spherical body; thin spiral thread wound three times around upper part of body; applied zig-zag around lower body.
Transparent natural pale green (10 G 6/2). Translucent similarly colored handles, neck, and rim coil. Translucent moderate blue green thread (near 5 BG 4/6).
Free-blown. Pontil mark ca. 1.3 cm. Added thread. Excess glass at tip of handle pinched and folded up against neck.
Flaring rim rounded in flame. Tubular neck with curved transition to shoulder. Sloping shoulder. Bulbous body with greatest diameter below center. Concave base. Two angular coil handles applied to shoulder and attached to center of neck where they are folded inward, upward, and outward.
Rim coil, neck coil. On body, a regular zigzag with fouteen points continuing upward as three revolutions of straight thread.
