Yusuf Dubois Abdul Lateef is a visual artist and educator based in Toledo, Ohio. He is the co-founder of the Toledo Black Artists Coalition, whose mission is centered around creating avenues of artistic agency through advocacy, education, and activism. He is also the co-founder of Radiant City Arts in which Lateef uses his love of the creative process to engage youth and the broader publics. He has completed over 20 murals and participated in several collaborative projects in Ohio, Michigan, Charlottesville, Virginia, Puebla, Mexico, as well as Bilbao and Toledo, Spain. He received his master’s degree from Bowling Green State University (BGSU) in 2D Studies and is currently teaching 4D Studies at BGSU.
