Judy Hill

American, Born 1953
BiographyJudy Hill is a contemporary artist working with glass and ceramic. She trained at Louisiana State University (MFA, 1987) and Falmouth School of Art, Falmouth, U.K. (BFA, 1976). She has taught in many of the craft workshop programs including Penland School of Crafts, Pratt Fine Arts Center, and Pilchuck School in addition to California State Univeristy, Fresno and BildWerk Frauenau in Germany. Her work is included in public collections such as Corning Museum of Glass, Philbrook Museum of Art, Portland Art Museum, Speed Art Museum, and Tacoma Art Museum.

Originally from Galveston, Texas, Hill currently maintains her practice in Portland, Oregon.
