In this sculptural work, Anna Dickinson refers to this long tradition. The cylindrical object is cast of transparent glass with intentional internal striations, veiling, and small air traps, recalling the appearance of “flawed” rock crystal. The interior is lined with a fitted cylinder of spun copper, its bright color visible through the thick glass wall.- Glass
