DescriptionA small Chinese bowl, known as Cizhou ware, whose rounded body is covered with a white slip and decorated on the interior with brush-like strokes combed through the slip below a line border, all under a clear glaze that continues onto the foot, the foot rim showing the pale gray stoneware body.
