DescriptionPressed, probably by a bench press, probably upright, in a female mold of four vertical sections, opening at the corners, that formed the exterior of the body from the bottom edge to the top of the straight edge of the rim, with a base plate that formed the four rounded feet, the broad border from which they project, and the series of ribs of triangular cross section to ribs that extend longitudinally across the recessed base, by a male plunger bearing a pattern of similar ribs on its ends and sides that extends through its face with an alternating pattern of scallops and points to form the top of the rim.
