DescriptionBody blown and finished by tooling. Applied single ring around the waist. Applied thread around the neck. Superimposed gather around the base below the ring tooled into 12 swirled loops. Joined by a stem with a medial knop to an almost flat, tooled circular foot. Applied handle with medial rib and crimped and turned-up lower end. Rough pontil mark. Body above ring engraved with initials and date, enclosed below and on sides with leaf sprays with a pheasant or phoenix-like bird on either side; four engraved leaf sprays between the four front loops.
