DescriptionFragment of straight border molding, one end cut diagonally. On the right, a thin layer of blue backed by dark blue with a thin layer of opaque white in between; at the center, a strip of dark blue backed by opaque white; to the left, a thin layer of light blue backed by dark blue with a layer of opaque white in between. Upperside slightly convex; underside flat; smooth vertical edges.

DESCRIPTION Four straight border moldings with cut ends; all probably used as decoration in wall or vault mosaics or as inlays on furnishings.
TECHNIQUE Cast; cut on one end; polished on the upper surface.
