DescriptionMarbled mosaic pattern formed from polygonal sections of a single cane in a purple ground with numerous opaque white streaks.
DESCRIPTION Fragment of rim and side of shallow, hemispherical beaker. Vertical rim with rounded edge; almost vertical side, expanding slightly outward before curving downward and inward toward the basal angle. On the exterior, two narrow horizontal grooves cut in a band below the rim.
TECHNIQUE Assembled from sections of cane and cast; rotary-polished on both surfaces; cut on the exterior.
