DescriptionComposite mosaic pattern formed from polygonal sections of a single cane in a purple ground with concentric circles of opaque white, opaque red, green, and opaque red around a central opaque white rod. DESCRIPTION Fragment of rim and side of carinated bowl. Short, horizontal rim with rounded edge; carinated side, with two convex curves. TECHNIQUE Assembled from sections of cane and cast; rotary-polished on both surfaces.
