DescriptionUnique Japanese book, bound with decorated paper covers holding 38 double leaves of approximately 144 stencil patterns for textile design. The writing on the cover and title page is too cursive to translate. It has been assumed that this is the signature of the artist and his person title for the book. Each sample has a handwritten notes above it, again, not translated.
