BiographyThis artwork lacks a signature, leaving the identity of the artist undisclosed. In the historical milieu of Persian carpets, it was uncommon for designers and weavers to sign their works. However, there are instances where the names of designers or weavers were incorporated into the weave, as exemplified by the Ardabil carpet from the Safavid era. Nonetheless, the practice of including signatures became more prevalent from the early 20th century onward.
