Nicole Eisenman

American, born 1965
BiographyPrior to her first one-person museum exhibit in 2016 at the New Museum, NY, Nicole Eisenman’s work was been included in many national and international exhibitions, including the Drawing Center (1993), and the Whitney Biennials (1995 and 2012). A 2015
MacArthur “Genius” and 2013 Carnegie recipient, her work can be found in the collections of the Museum of Modern Art, Whitney Museum of American Art, Denver Art Museum, Walker Art Center, and the Ludwig Museum, Cologne, Germany, among others. She is
represented by Anton Kern Gallery, NY and Susan Vielmetter Projects, LA and lives in Brooklyn since receiving her BFA from RISD in 1987.
