Robert Zollweg has been a creative design force at Libbey Glass for nearly five decades. Zollweg is responsible for such iconic designs as Chemistry Bar, Country Folk, and Farm to Table. Zollweg was hired by Libbey Glass Company in 1978 as Creative Director and was in this position until his retirement at the end of 2018. As designer of glassware, flatware, and ceramic dinnerware for both retail/consumer and foodservice industries, Zollweg has traveled the world extensively looking for color and design trends.
