DescriptionHere, the River Thames is depicted in Chelsea with the Cadogan Pier and in the background Battersea Bridge. Boats are moored along the pier and barges and a paddle steamer move along the river. In the immediate foreground, a rowboat rests along the shore the Thames. The sky consumes half of the etching with several angled lines indicating an overcast day.
