DescriptionThis large annular bead is made of opaque light turquoise-blue glass. While the glass was still soft, the bead was pressed into a nearly square shape. It is decorated with a central frieze formed by a plastically applied, undulating glass thread composed of white, black, green, and red stripes. A thick thread of opaque yellow glass forms a border above and below the frieze.
