DescriptionMandarin, K516-1059. Colorless glass, bowl blown and tooled, applied by a double merise to a solid knop and applied circular foot. Three applied narrow rings around body and an applied broad band near bottom of bowl with twenty-one small prunts applied to bowl above the rings. Polished pontil mark. Upper part of bowl engraved with matte finish branches and leaves with twenty-one polished six-petal flowers with centers in relief cut from the twenty-one applied prunts; three rings cut with polished notches; broad band on lower part of bowl cut in relief ("Hochschnitt") and intaglio engraving partly matte and partly polished; areas above and below engraved with matte branches; stem and upper surface of foot engraved with matte branches.
