DescriptionGreenish-blue; tapers from rim to base; row of ovals with smaller ovals inside; vertical ribs in center; at bottom, row of concentric circles with dots inside; bottom of bowl with three concentric circles.
The vessel was probably blown into a cylindrical mold, then twirled on the pontil to attain the flared shape. The top row of ovals was probably formed by clasping with patterned tongs, before the bowl was twirled.
