DescriptionStonepaste, turquoise underglaze to the foot, polychrome in-glaze and overglaze painting (Mina’i ware).
A gently flaring beaker on a short foot. Decorated in haft rang, seven-color polychrome technique. Decorated on the exterior with seven seated figures; below and above are black bands, the latter with a carelessly written pseudo-inscription. Inside is a Kufic inscription wishing glory, prosperity, power, perpetual health, strength, etc. to the owner.
