DescriptionHeavy, fiery, opalescent lead glass.
Probably blown by the Robinet process in a combination of molds: a female mold that formed the six boldly curved exterior sides, a base plate that formed the sides of the six-lobed base and the six wedge-shaped indentations in the underside of the base, and a cap ring that formed the diamond-pattern rim. Top surface around inner edge of rim ground and polished.
