DescriptionSocket blown and finished by tooling, with a tooled knop below and an applied tooled collar around the base of the socket. Joined by a bladed knop to the standard and base. Standard and base pressed upside down in a one-piece female mold that formed the seven flutes on the standard and the stepped base by a plain male plunger consisting of a tapered cylindrical lower part and a three-stepped circular section with square upper part that formed the hollow standard, base, and underside of base. Rough pontil mark on edges of two middle steps.
