DescriptionBowl similar to ACGC, p. 454, no. 720 and pressed in the same manner and the same pattern but not the same mold and neither fire-polished nor tooled with indentations. Joined by a wafer to a base unpatterned except for four concentric concave ridges on the hollow interior and a slightly rounded foot edge. Base pressed upside down in a one-piece female mold by a plain male plunger, with a cap ring that formed the underside of the foot. No pontil mark. Base apparently held in a snap tool to affix it to the bowl.
