DescriptionLibbey no. 1746 compote. Bowl blown and finished by tooling. Applied pattern-molded stem with spiral twist. Joined by an applied wafer to the foot. Underside of rim and bowl engraved with floral and geometric motifs; part polished, part matte. Underside of foot cut with a star with forty-eight rays of varied lengths repeated in groups of six.
