DescriptionDouble-ogee bowl blown in a part-size mold, probably of two pieces, bearing a pattern of six rows of fourteen diamonds, the top row incomplete, above a band of fourteen diamond-point flutes. The flutes are drawn together to form a solid join with the applied slightly sloping foot that terminates in eight scallops or petals. Rough, solid pontil mark on base.
