DescriptionOpaque to translucent dark purplish-blue. Opaque cream-colored white and translucent moderate blue (SB 5/6) threads.
Bubbly glass; many small spherical bubbles burst on surface.
Wound around a rod. Added thread.
Rounded rim, tall cylindrical neck, biconical body, coil base. Thread handle applied to body over lower point of zigzag and attached to rim where it is wound around the mouth to form a rim coil.
On body, an opaque white thread trailed from right to left to make a zigzag with six segments, marvered into the surface. Over this a second zigzag of blue thread, likewise with six segments. Together the two threads form a pattern of six lozenges bordered above and below by alternating white and blue thread. Opaque white thread around neck.
