DescriptionBlown, possibly in a turn mold, and finished by tooling to ovoid shape. Decorated with applied threading tooled in a swirling wavelike pattern and marvered into the surface. Exposed while hot to a reducing flame to produce greenish gold iridescence on exterior and silvery rose iridescence on interior of lip. Stone-ground pontil mark.
