DescriptionSocket and stem pressed in the same manner as 1966.37 and probably in the same mold, but with a deeper plunger (5.0 cm [2 in.] as compared to 3.0 cm [1-3/16 in.]). Joined by a wafer to a four-step hexagonal base with two circular knops at top. Base pressed in a female mold of two vertical sections by a plain male plunger of cylindrical and hexagonal form that formed the hollow interior of the column, base, and underside of base. Rough pontil mark around bottom edge of hollow column.
