DescriptionBowl pressed upright in a female mold bearing the pattern by a plain male plunger. Joined while hot directly to the applied tooled stem. Foot pressed, probably upside down, in a female mold of two or more sections by a male plunger bearing the pattern on the underside and sides of the foot. Slightly concave, polished pontil mark. Top of foot and edges of bottom of foot ground and polished. Upper and lower edges of scalloped rim ground and polished. Shear mark on interior of bowl.
