DescriptionBlown and finished by tooling. Applied funnel-shaped foot. Two applied solid handles tooled to leaf form, with an applied raspberry prunt at the lower end of each. Deep, concave, rough-ground pontil mark. Body enameled with two dancing figures, in eighteenth-century-style clothing, surrounded by a heavily gilded cartouche, with gilded scroll-like devices (like the right-hand side of the cartouche) on the reverse and three gilded scrolls on the upper surface of the base. Handles completely gilded.
