DescriptionSocket and stem pressed upright in a female mold of three vertical sections by a plain male plunger of cylindrical form with a rounded lower end, with a cap ring that formed the upper part of the petals and the ring within them that curves inward to the socket. Joined by a wafer to an eight-flute columnar standard on a circular concave-convex base on a square plinth with chamfered corners. Standard and plinth pressed, apparently in a one-piece female mold, by a plain male plunger that formed the hollow interior of the column and circular-and-square interior of the base. Rough pontil mark around base of hollow standard.
