DescriptionFont blown in a full-size female mold of three vertical sections. The moldmarks extend from the base vertically through the center of the lowest diamond, then follow the outline of the left edges of the diamonds above to the plain area at the top of the font, which was tooled after removal from the mold to make a lip for the collar. Bottom of font reheated and joined directly to a hexagonal base. Base pressed upside down in a female mold of two vertical sections by a plain male plunger, with a cap ring that formed the underside of the foot. No pontil mark.
