DescriptionLibbey no. 599 quart decanter. Decanter: blank blown in a mold. Body cut with pattern no. 0611. Underside of base cut with twelve short sets of gang rays, each made up of ten or eleven fine ribs extending from near edge about 2.5 cm (1 in.) toward center. Stopper: blown, probably in a mold, and finished by tooling. Cut with six flutes. End of shank ground and polished to fit neck of decanter.
