DescriptionBlown in a female mold of three vertical sections to form the six lobed sections and rim, and a plain base plate to form the slightly concave base. Cracked off; rim smoothed by grinding. No pontil mark. Exterior acid etched to create a matte finish. Exterior surface enameled with a thin cream-colored wash, then painted with a meandering vine and flowers; upper surface of rim enameled with light blue dots. Decoration fired in a muffle to make it permanent.
