DescriptionPressed in a female mold of three vertical sections bearing the Washington pattern, with a one-piece cap ring that formed the area above each arch and the rim, by a plain male plunger that formed the interior of the bowl, in conjunction with a plain male plunger, or plug, that formed the plain underside of the slightly domed foot. The moldmarks extend from the middle edge of the foot through the edge of the hexagonal stem upward in the bottom of the V-shaped wedge between the flute and the three printies, ending at the top of the wedge. Rim slightly everted by tooling. No pontil mark.
