DescriptionTranslucent patchy manganese colored glass. Translucent royal blue handle.
Thin glass. Fabric cannot be determined because of weathering.
Rim tooled. Neck and body blown into a two-part mold of two circular vertical sections (MCT VIII G). One continuous mold seam along the circumference of the body extends across underside of base. Relief indistinct. Neck irregular in section because of misalignment of mold halves.
Everted rim, rounded in flame. Cylindrical neck. Lenticular body. Small flat rectangular base. Two coil handles applied to shoulder and attached to underside of rim.
On each side of the body, a six-petaled rosette in raised outline, framed by a band of raised scrolls bordered by pairs of raised circles.
